Laem Ngop has a stunning coastline with views across to Ko Chang. The Ko Chang Pier, also known locally as Krom Luang after the famous naval commander, is about 20km from Trat City and offers a ferry service for Koh Chang. Also on the same stretch of coastline is Krom Luang pier which is used by the speedboats to Koh Mak.
