Phra Mahachaichedi Srisamorclaeng is a large brick-built, bell-shaped chedi now in ruin. It is located at the very summit of Khao Samo Khlaeng and dates from the 15th century, early Ayutthaya period before the time of King Naresuan. Substantial landscaping and construction of viewing platforms have been provided for visitors.
