Located close the the popular Blue Lagoon, Pou Kham Cave is no less easy to visit than many of the other dry caves around requiring quite a climb without any aids except bamboo handrails. At the base you are able to rent headlights to explore the inner caverns and they recommend employing a guide. There is a climb but it's not difficult if you're reasonably fit. On reaching the cave entrance there is a welcome blast of cool air to greet the visitor. The primary inner cavern is huge and contains all the usual geological features one would expect from a limestone cave.
