22nd: SpaceX Boca Chica - Starship SN10 pre-rollout Preps. SN11 Nosecone gains Flaps....view. Following Starship SN9's pre-launch Static Fire test, SN10 is undergoing final pre-rollout checks in the High Bay, while the flaps on SN11's nosecone were installed.
--do-- Pascagoula, Mississippi - Starship Offshore Platform "Phobos" towed into Pascagoula. Here it will begin its coversion from an oil rig to a launch/landing platform. Renamed Phobos, named after one of the moons of Mars, it is one of two rigs purchased by SpaceX.
21st: SpaceX Boca Chica - New Thrust Dome flipped. Starship SN9 aborts Static Fire tests....view. While Starship SN9 struggles to complete the pre-launch Static Fire, work at the Production Site continues - including the flipping of a new Thrust Dome.
19th: SpaceX Boca Chica - Super Heavy BN2 Forward Dome Spotted - Damaged Raptor Loaded onto Raptor Van....view. Sections of the second Super Heavy booster have been spotted in Boca Chica as the first was stacked in the High Bay. SN18's Thrust Puck was also seen along with damaged Raptor engines SN44 & 46 loaded onto the Raptor Van for a trip back to McGregor for inspection.
18th: SpaceX Boca Chica - Orbital Launch Site Work Ramps Up....view. Crews continue to ramp up work on the Orbital Launch Site for flight testing. Meanwhile Starship SN9 prepares to static fire again, testing newly installed Raptor engines.
17th: SpaceX Boca Chica - Propellant Production Plant Progress - Future Starships assemble....view. SpaceX continues to install an array of machinery that will eventually provide the launch site with onsite propellant, as the future Starships that will benefit from local LOX assemble.
16th: SpaceX Boca Chica - New prototypes make progress with SN17 parts spotted....view. While work to repair Starship SN9 continues, SpaceX is making rapid progress on new prototypes. Components for Starship SN17 are already being spotted, and a 3mm test tank is preparing to head to the launch site for testing.
15th: SpaceX Boca Chica - Starship SN9 undergoing Raptor Replacement Tasks....view. Starship SN9 is swapping out Raptors following issues related to the recent Static Fire test. While a new launch date target is awaited, work continues around SpaceX Boca Chica.
14th: SpaceX Boca Chica - SN9 Inspections After Triple Static Fire - SN10 Aft Flaps Mounted....view. While Starship SN9 waits for a launch date following its triple Static Fire test, SN10's Aft Flaps were mounted ahead of its own rollout to the pad and a LOX Distiller is being installed at the Old Gas Well Lot.
13th: SpaceX Boca Chica - Starship SN9 Static Fires - Three Raptor Engine Tests in One Day....view. SpaceX defied expectations by static firing Starship SN9's Raptor engines three times in one day. This was the final test before SN9 can fly.
11th: SpaceX Boca Chica - New 3mm Thick Test Tank Stacked - Starship SN6 Scrapped....view. SpaceX crews stack a thrust dome and forward dome to create a new cryogenic pressure test tank. This tank, made from new 3mm thick stainless steel, will lead the way for thinner Starship tanks, saving large amounts of weight. Also spotted, Starship SN6 has been moved to the scrapyard.
